Trinity Financial Services Limited is a financial advisory and wealth management company, licensed and supervised by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to provide custom-made financial services to both corporate and individual customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of financial modeling and the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
• The financial controller will be responsible for managing and handling the financial activities and reports of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and present insights to the executive team.
• Strategic Growth: Analyzemarket trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for expansion or cost-saving.
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Oversee accounting/accounts payable/receivable teams and foster a culture of professional development.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity and manage investment strategies to optimizecompany capital.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• A minimum of 6 years ina finance role, with a good knowledge of BankOne software
• ACCA
• The ideal candidate must be currently working with a finance company or commercial bank
• Proficiency in BankOne software and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• A proven track record of using data to solve complex business problems.
• Sound financial presentation skills.
