Job Description

• We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Patrol Supervisor to join our esteemed security company.
• The ideal candidate should possess a blend of leadership skills, extensive knowledge of security protocols, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.
• As a Patrol Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel, ensuring compliance with all security measures, and managing emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Pivotal in providing guidance and support to security staff, conducting regular evaluations, and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of our patrol operations.
• Contribute to the development of strategic security initiatives and retention of quality personnel, thereby ensuring a safe environment for all employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel assigned to you.
• Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure adherence to protocols and standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, operational activities, and personnel performance.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing security personnel.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide direction to personnel during crises.
• Collaborate with management to create and refine security protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patrol routes and security measures, making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years experience.
• Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement, with a minimum of 3years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with staff.
• Ability to assess and respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of security technology and equipment, including surveillance systems.
• Proven Integrity and discipline
• Proficiency in incident reporting and records management software.
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
• Ability to source potential clients for the company.
