Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Summary

• We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own both the strategy and execution of our social media presence.
• The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, in front of a camera, and behind an analytics dashboard, can create content that stops scrolls, and holds themselves accountable for measurable growth across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Content creation — shooting, editing, and designing a minimum of 14 pieces per week across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Daily story posting across all platforms, 7 days a week
• Captions, hashtags, and CTAs that reflect brand tone and drive action
• Community management — responding to all DMs and comments within 2 hours, proactively building the audience
• Email marketing — minimum 1–2 campaigns per week, with full tracking and reporting
• LinkedIn content strategy and growth
• Weekly analytics reports across all platforms with clear performance recommendations
• Influencer coordination, campaign execution, and live activation coverage
• Paid ad creatives delivered before every campaign launch date

Requirements

• HND/BSc in marketing and other related fields
• 2–4 years in content creation, video production, and social media management — combined
• A strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and an email marketing tool
• Deep understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok vs Instagram vs LinkedIn
• Comfortable on camera, strong written communication, and confident brand voice.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
