We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Benin, Edo
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager with a strong academic and professional background in Oil & Gas to lead and manage fabrication and industrial projects at our Benin site.
• The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee oil & gas and fabrication projects from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site teams for seamless project delivery
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards
• Monitor project progress and provide performance reports to management
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications
• Drive operational efficiency across all project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in project management within the oil & gas or fabrication industry
• Preparation and Development of Technical Project
• Proven track record of managing industrial or EPC projects
• Understanding of PIFD/PICD (Autocard)
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Relevant certifications:

• Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong added advantage
