We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / HR Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Admin & HR Officer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations while supporting core human resource functions.
  • This role ensures smooth office management, effective HR processes, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
  • Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff welfare
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee queries and support basic grievance resolution
  • Coordinate training and staff development initiatives
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS (e.g., ISO standards)
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are properly documented, controlled, and updated
  • Maintain document control registers and version tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Admin/HR role with QMS exposure
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Basic understanding of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Experience with documentation control, or compliance is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
