Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales of properties and rentals, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for property sales and rentals
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct property inspections and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet set targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5years experience in sales, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of Lagos real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
