Job Title: Marketing & Sales Associate

Locations: Sango Ota & Alakuko, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring proactive and target-driven Marketing and Sales Associate to help us attract the right audience, convert leads into customers, and communicate the value of our software solutions in a clear and compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content, and paid ads)
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound strategies
• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
• Support the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to align messaging with features and updates

Requirements

• 0 – 2 years experience in marketing, sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and digital marketing tools
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools is an advantage
