Role Overview
- The Factory Manager will oversee the entire production and administrative operations of the water factory, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and staff activities.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Enforce quality control and compliance with NAFDAC standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and production materials.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
