Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations within a manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes, improving efficiency, and supporting overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities
- Ensure smooth workflow across production and administrative units
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies
- Manage inventory, logistics, and resource allocation
- Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
- Support planning and execution of production schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Salary
₦200,000 / Month (Accommodation Provided).
