Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Role Overview
- The IT Officer will manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable systems, data security, and effective technical support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot IT issues
- Maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity
- Support system upgrades and digital initiatives
- Manage user access, controls, and IT documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and systems management
