Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Present and promote company properties to prospective clients
- Conduct site inspections and property tours
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 - 3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of Akureand/or Lagos property markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
