We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Calculating and filing tax returns while ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
• Examining records to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., GAAP), identifying discrepancies, and reducing risks.
• Assisting in budget creation, tracking costs, and utilizing historical data to predict future financial performance.
• Offering strategic advice to management regarding cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
• Preparing accurate financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years experience.
• Experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks or FreshBooks and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate financial risks.
• Lagos resident only should apply.
