We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Structural Fitter & Welder

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• The Structural Fitter & Welder is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding structural components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• The role ensures structural integrity, quality workmanship, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and isometrics
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble structural steel and metal components
• Perform welding using approved processes (e.g., SMAW, MIG, TIG)
• Fit and align components to required tolerances prior to welding
• Carry out tack welding, full welding, and structural fabrication tasks
• Inspect welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Operate fabrication equipment (grinders, cutting torches, drilling machines, etc.)
• Conduct repairs, modifications, and maintenance of structural components
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and welding consumables.
