Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: Lekki–Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, increase market share, and support overall business objectives.
• The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
• Lead brand management and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance
• Collaborate with sales and business units to drive revenue growth
• Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities
• Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies for better ROI
• Lead and mentor the marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant marketing experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms

Added Advantage:

• Professional certification (CIM, Digital Marketing certifications, or equivalent)

Location Requirement:
Candidates should residein or around Lekki Ajah axis.
