Job Title: Senior Field Operator
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Senior Field Operator is responsible for overseeing and executing field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
- The role involves monitoring equipment, supervising field operators, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring strict compliance with operational and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and control field production equipment and systems
- Supervise and guide Field Operators and Technicians during operations
- Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and routine operational activities
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain optimal production levels
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and performance checks
- Identify faults and coordinate maintenance and repairs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Process Technology, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in field operations (oil & gas, energy, or industrial environment)
- Strong knowledge of production systems, equipment, and processes.
