We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Operations Support Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the operations team
• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in monitoring staff performance and compliance with company policies
• Support logistics, inventory tracking, and resource allocation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
• Handle basic client or vendor inquiries and escalate when necessary
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.
