We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Transport Operation Associate 

Locations: Abakaliki - Ebonyi & Enugu
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate boarding activities to ensure orderly, timely, and efficient passenger movement
  • Manage and align vehicle routes based on passenger manifests and destinations to optimize trip efficiency
  • Supervise drivers, loading staff, and other support personnel to ensure professionalism, discipline, and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor driver conduct and enforce adherence to safety, operational, and behavioural policies
  • Ensure accurate preparation and verification of passenger manifests before departure
  • Oversee departure processes to ensure trips leave on schedule and in line with operational plans
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain order and proper conduct within the terminal environment
  • Reconcile daily sales reports with actual revenue and expenditures
  • Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all ticket sales and transactions
  • Monitor and report discrepancies, leakages, or irregularities in revenue
  • Prepare and submit daily operational and financial reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 3-7 years’ experience in transport operations, logistics, or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Good numerical and reporting skills
  • Ability to enforce discipline and manage staff effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
