We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesale Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Onsite ( Retail Sales)

Description

  • The Insurance consultant is responsible for prospecting, advising, and selling retail insurance products to individuals and families.
  • The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying financial protection gaps, and ensuring policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities are maximized.
  • This is a performance-driven role with commission-based earnings and growth opportunities into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide personalised solutions.
  • Policy Sales: Sell various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and home insurance.
  • Policy Servicing: Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and other issues
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risk profiles to determine policy terms and premiums.
  • Premium Collection: Collect premiums from clients and ensure timely payments.
  • Claims Support: Help clients file claims and provide support throughout the process
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance KPIs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Insurance Policies
  • Provide feedback to marketing, product, and customer support on customer trends, needs, and product experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
  • 1 - 2 years sales experience (insurance or retail sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong excel and typing skills
  • Basic financial literacy
  • Ability to work independently and meet expectations.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
