We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Project Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process for project-based solutions.
  • The role ensures that projects are secured, executed efficiently, and delivered in line with client expectations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with agreed scope, timeline, and budget
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in project-based or B2B environments
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of project management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
