Role Overview
- Trucrete is seeking three (3) experienced Foremen to join our team. This role is vital for managing increased workloads and ensuring the successful execution of road construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily road construction operations and ensure strict compliance with project specifications. Crew Leadership: Assign tasks, mentor staff, and manage worker performance to maximize productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines, conduct regular toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Scheduling: Develop work schedules to meet critical deadlines, such as coordinating paving immediately following grading.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the use and maintenance of heavy machinery, tools, and materials.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed daily progress reports, labor hours, and tracking of materials utilized for management.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Education: High School Diploma or a diploma in a skilled trade (e.g., Operator or Technician).
- Essential Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven problem-solving abilities.
