Job Description

  • Our Client is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the organization’s sales activities.
  • Selected candidates will be tasked with the responsibilities of all sales, quoting, and negotiation operations that will assist the organization in meeting goals set by management.

Responsibilities

  • Design systems: Design HVAC systems for buildings like offices, schools, and homes.
  • Prepare quotes: Prepare and enter quotes for projects.
  • Provide support: Provide customers with product sales support and pricing.
  • Identify customers: Identify potential customers and build relationships.
  • Meet targets: Achieve sales, gross margin, and market share targets.
  • Provide feedback: Provide management with feedback and reports on win / loss ratios.
  • Deliver presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to customers explaining technical products.
  • Work with sales teams: Work with sales teams to secure and renew orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales within HVAC.
  • Strong track record in selling HVAC / Heavy machineries technology solutions.
  • Experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals with HVAC contractors, facility managers, and enterprise clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC technology solutions.
  • Experience with pricing models, contracts, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to build relationships with HVAC integrators, facility management companies, and real estate developers.
  • Understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of Product selection software, energy-efficient HVAC solutions, cooling load calculation software, and preparation of quotations.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft office, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of digital marketing, online lead generation, and social media for sales.
