Job Summary
- We are seeking a result-drivenand experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand our client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the interior design and construction industry is a plus.
