We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyzing data sets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Monitor raw material procurement, assembly line efficiency, and inventory management.
  • Analyze dealership performance, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
  • Use data to improve after-sales service, warranty management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure processes align with automotive industry standards and government regulations.
  • Recommend automation or optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or IT. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years in similar role
  • Understanding of automobile manufacturing, supply chain, and dealership operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, ERP systems (preferably Navision), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
