Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring a highly disciplined and detail-driven Inventory Officer responsible for end-to-end stock control across our retail operations.
• This role requires precision, strong numerical ability, and strict adherence to inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% accurate, real-time inventory records on Odoo ERP
• Post all stock transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments) immediately and correctly
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation (physical vs system)
• Investigate, report, and resolve all stock variances without delay
• Monitor stock levels and trigger reorder actions where necessary
• Generate and submit accurate inventory and variance reports
• Enforce inventory control procedures across the branch

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory/stock management (retail environment preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP (mandatory)
• Excellent calculation and numerical accuracy (must be very comfortable with figures)
• High level of attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

What will Disqualify You

• Poor record-keeping or reconciliation skills
• Inability to work with numbers confidently
• No practical experience using Odoo.
