Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Shifts)

About the Role

• We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing supermarket in Anthony, Lagos looking for a proactive Inventory Officer to take control of stock management and help reduce losses while improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and transferred
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely re-orders
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and monitor expiry dates
• Prevent losses by identifying damages, theft, or stock variances
• Prepare inventory reports to support business decisions
• Work closely with sales, store, and accounts teams

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
• 1–2 years experience in inventory management
• Strong Excel skills and basic inventory system knowledge
• High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
