Job Title: National and Regional Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Accountabilities

• Set up and successfully run the Marketing, Sales and Distribution operations of the allocated region at Healthgarde International to increase sales capacity and coverage.
• Collect and analyze customers’/distributors’ feedback to improve customer centricity, increase channel visibility and optimization.
• Ensure regular, trainings, and visits to the distributors (individuals and stores)
• Regular strategy sessions with the consultants to identify gaps based on market trends and requirements, identify new markets for specific products and pricing
• Implement the incentive and earnings structure for distributors and follow up with new distributors’ requests.
• Ensure steady monthly revenue generation from existing distributors, upselling with new and existing products.
• Work with other departments towards providing top-class service delivery to consultants and consumers.
• Constantly expand the distribution channels (either through stores, distributors, trade fairs, pharmacies etc) by introducing new distributors and channels to drive the organisation’s sales and marketing initiatives
• Achieve sales and marketing KPIs through execution of duties, such as recruiting, training, on-boarding, coaching, and various activities / initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to meet the regional sales and marketing goals
• Develop field sales and marketing action plans to achieve marketing and sales goals
• Work with other units and key employees in the company to achieve the organisation’s sales and marketing targets.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to your supervisor and put the Head of Internal Control and Compliance in copy.
