Job Title: Renewable Energy Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the company'ssolar and renewable energy products and solutions.
- Identify and develop new customers and markets.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for solar projects.
- Conduct site visits, basic load assessments, and client presentations.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance reports.
- Represent John Holt at industry events, meetings, and client engagements.
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience (solar / renewable energy preferred).
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and hybrid solutions.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
