Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, track inventory movements, and ensure accuracy in all inventory records.
• The ideal candidate will help prevent losses and support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track stock movements (inflow and outflow)
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits
• Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
• Ensure proper storage and organization of goods
• Prepare inventory reports for management
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
• Maintain inventory systems and documentation

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience in inventory or store management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of inventory systems and record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
