Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability.
• The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficiency
• Supervise and manage staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Control costs, budgets, and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train, schedule, and motivate staff
• Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Basic financial and budgeting knowledge
