Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Summary

• A pharmacist is a licensed healthcare professional whoensures the safe, effective use of medications by dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on proper usage and side effects, and monitoring for drug interactions.
• They work in community, hospital, and industrial settings, often collaborating with doctors to manage patient health.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing Medication: Accurately filling prescriptions and verifying dosages.
• Patient Counseling: Advising on medication administration, side effects, and interactions.
• Health Services: Administering vaccines, managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes), and performing health screenings.
• Clinical Advice: Collaborating with physicians to optimize treatment regimens.
• Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining stock of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records and complying with legal regulations for controlled substances.

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 per month.
