Job Summary

• The ideal candidate understands how to keep viewers engaged using visuals, pacing, and storytelling — without relying on on-camera presence.

What You’ll Do

• Edit engaging faceless YouTube videos
• Use stock footage, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design to tell compelling stories
• Maintain fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
• Follow scripts and bring them to life creatively
• Add background music, sound effects, and smooth transitions
• Keep up with current YouTube editing trends and retention strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience editing faceless YouTube content (must provide portfolio or samples)
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines consistently
• Creative mindset — not just editing, but enhancing the content
• Good communication and openness to feedback

Nice to Have:

• Experience with viral-style or high-retention YouTube content
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Understanding of YouTube audience psychology.
