Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the company’s market presence, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, partnership development, and overseeing sales performanc to ensure the company meets its busines growt objective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develo and implemen strategi busines developmen plans to achieve targets.
  • Identif new markets, client segment and investments opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitors analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary. 
  • Lead negotiations and close high value deals.
  • Provide professiona  advisory services to clients on property investments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to design and execute campaigns that drive leads.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow up on clients transactions  
  • Support branding initiatives to enhance company visibility. 
  • Analyse data to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields
  • MBA or a professional certification is an added advantage. 
  • Minimum of 4 - 8 years' experience in business development or sales (preferably in real estate)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
