Description

• The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s financial products and services to prospective customers.
• The role involves active field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive revenue growth and expand the bank’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking
• Promote and sell the bank’s products (e.g., savings and current accounts, loans, cards, digital banking services)
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements
• Assist customers with account opening and ensure proper documentation (KYC compliance)
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales opportunities
• Represent the bank professionally at all times and adhere to regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
• 2-5 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (banking experience is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
