Safety and Antimicrobial Resistance of Mass Administration of Azithromycin in children (SARMAAN II) Project in Nigeria is a public health initiative focused on the mass administration of Azithromycin to 1 – 59 months children, a key intervention to reduce under-five mortality caused by three major childhood killer diseases: malaria, pneumonia and diarrhoea.
