Job Title: Acting Branch Manager
Location: Adamawa
Role Summary
- We are currently seeking highly disciplined, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to fill key leadership positions at our Adamawa State Branch.
- The Acting Branch Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the Adamawa State branch.
- You will be responsible for business development, client relations, and ensuring the branch meets the strategic goals of Cyforce Holdings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and manage client portfolios within Adamawa State.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with the Head Office in Abuja.
- Manage branch logistics, including personnel deployment and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational and financial reports to the G-CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the security industry.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication and networking abilities within the Adamawa region.
- Age: 30-50
