We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media / Community Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly engaging Social Media/Community Manager to manage our online presence and customer interactions across all platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing our digital community while ensuring consistent, high-quality content and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and execute a structured monthly content calendar (posts, stories, reels, captions)
• Manage daily engagement including comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Monitor trends and create relevant, engaging, and brand-aligned content
• Track performance metrics (engagement, growth, reach) and optimize content accordingly
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketer to align content with campaigns and sales goals
• Manage Google Business updates and basic blog/content postings
• Respond to emails, customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Support brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Management or Community Management
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Ability to work independently, present reports and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused and responsive mindset

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools.
