Job Title: ‎Sales Executive (Distributor Sales / B2B Sales Executive)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Work From Home / Hybrid based on business needs

Role Summary

  • ‎We are hiring a confident, commercially minded and highly persuasive Distributor Sales Executive to identify, nurture and close new distributors monthly while maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors for repeat orders and long-term growth.

‎‎Key Responsibilities

  • ‎Prospect and close new distributors every month
  • ‎Respond to all distributor enquires promptly and professionally
  • ‎Pitch RLG Cosmetics as a profitable, trusted and fast-moving beauty brand
  • Follow up consistently until distributor conversion is achieved
  • ‎Build and maintain strong relationships with active distributors
  • ‎Drive repeat monthly purchases from existing distributors
  • ‎Educate distributors on stock movement, bestsellers, offers and reorder opportunities
  • ‎Handle distributor objections and negotiations professionally
  • Track pipeline, conversion and distributor performance
  • ‎Work with management on distributor campaigns and expansion targets.

‎KPI Expectations

  • ‎Number of new distributors closed monthly
  • ‎Distributor retention and repeat order frequency
  • ‎Revenue generated from distributor channel
  • ‎Speed of follow-up and closure rate
  • ‎Relationship quality and account growth.

‎Ideal Candidate

  • ‎Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • ‎Confident in closing high-value conversations
  • ‎Must be persistent, organized and target-driven
  • ‎Understands relationship selling, not just one-off closing
  • ‎Must know how to grow accounts after first purchase.

Salary
N150,000 monthly + commission on distributors closed.
