Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Direct Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products/services, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • This role is perfect for individuals starting their careers in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions, calls, or digital channels
  • Present and promote company products or services to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc.
  • 0–1 year experience in sales (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
