We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager 

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage top-tier, high GMV merchants including chains, franchises, and large retailers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive product usage, campaigns, and transaction growth across key accounts
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., loyalty programs, promotions, integrations)
  • Monitor merchant performance and recommend optimization strategies
  • Handle escalations effectively and ensure SLA adherence
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams for custom integrations where required
  • Analyze transaction data and provide actionable business insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue / GMV growth from key accounts
  • Merchant retention and expansion rate
  • Campaign performance and success rate
  • Customer engagement metrics
  • Upsell and cross-sell revenue.
