Job Summary

  • We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Consumer Lending Specialists. The role involves engaging customers, providing information on consumer loan products, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries regarding consumer loan products and services
  • Educate customers on loan options, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct basic customer profiling and documentation checks
  • Follow up with customers on application status and required documentation
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Meet assigned targets for customer acquisition and loan processing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
  • 0 –1 year experience in customer service, sales, or financial services (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and customer handling ability
  • Basic knowledge of banking or lending products is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
