Job Title: Deposit Mobilizer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a target-driven Deposit Mobilizer to drive the growth of the organization’s deposit base by attracting and retaining individual and corporate clients.
• The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving deposit targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the deposit portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• ore focus on liability generation across retail and commercial segments
• Strong client acquisition and retention capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive funding targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or relationship management
• Proven track record of achieving deposit target.
