We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Locations: Delta and Rivers

Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Asset Maintenance:

• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for spill-response equipment (skimmers, booms, pumps, vessels, storage tanks, vehicles, etc.).
• Ensure all assets meet operational readiness standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and inspection routines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Response Teams to prioritize maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper staffing and skill coverage for emergency response readiness.

Emergency Response Support:

• Participate in oil spill drills, exercises, and real-time response operations.
• Mobilize maintenance resources during incidents to support rapid deployment and equipment reliability.
• Maintain familiarity with response strategies, ICS structure, and safety protocols.

Inventory & Spare Parts Management:

• Oversee inventory of spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
• Ensure timely procurement and stock control to avoid operational delays.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and parts replacement.

Compliance, Safety & Documentation:

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with environmental, safety, and industry regulations.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and asset history records.
• Support audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safe work practices.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Recommend upgrades, replacements, or new technologies to enhance response capability.
• Analyze maintenance data to reduce failures and optimize lifecycle costs.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
