Job Title: Nurse

Job Description

• Nurse is a regulated healthcare professional who provides holistic, compassionate care, acting as the backbone of the healthcare system.
• Nurses diagnose and treat human responses to health issues, collaborating with doctors to manage patient health, administer treatments, and advocate for patients across diverse settings.

Core Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assessing, monitoring, and recording patient vital signs and medical histories.
• Treatment: Administering medications, wound care, and performing diagnostic tests.
• Coordination: Managing patient care plans, liaising with doctors, and ensuring continuity from admission to discharge.
• Education: Educating patients and their families on condition management and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Advocacy: Protecting patient rights and maintaining dignity.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Clinical Judgment: Using critical thinking to make decisions, set goals, and improve patient outcomes.
• Empathy and Communication: Offering emotional support while communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with medical technology and keep accurate, up-to-date records.

Salary
N150,000 - N350,000 / Month.
