Ascent Resources - Our client, a Group of Companies located in Anthony Village, Lagos, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: 

Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos Mainland -  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports across the Group.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the group level.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
• Manage and harmonize accounting processes across Oil & Gas, Media, and Technology divisions.
• Support investment analysis, due diligence, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA).
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience.
• Solid work experience in Oil & Gas, Media, and/or Technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, revenue recognition, and financial systems.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of N650,000 – N750,000 per month, depending on experience
