Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description
- We are seeking someone who is passionate about community health, patient support, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions accurately
- Prepare, package, and label medications under supervision
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Give appropriate guidance on over-the-counter (OTC) products and health items
- Manage stock levels, monitor expiries, and arrange product displays
- Handle sales transactions and maintain proper records
- Ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology / Pharmacy Technician studies
- Current registration/licence with the appropriate regulatory body
- Experience working in acommunity/retail pharmacy is an added advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of OTC medications and health products
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a professional attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
