Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development with strong experience in the Bureau de Change and FX industry to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue.
• The ideal candidate must possess deep industry knowledge, strong client networks, and a proven ability to close high-value FX deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and onboard new clients, corporate accounts, and strategic partners.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase transaction volumes.
• Monitor FX market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure all transactions align with CBN regulations.
• Lead negotiations and close FX and BDC-related deals.
• Prepare business performance reports and growth forecasts for management.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Bureau de Change (BDC) and FX business development.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, BDC operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Existing client base or strong industry network is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
