Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Ogere-Remo, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate building and road construction projects from planning to completion.
• The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects (buildings and road works)
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, and site teams for efficient execution
• Monitor project progress and resolve delays or technical issues
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and specifications
• Oversee quality control and site inspections
• Manage project costs and optimize resource utilization
• Enforce health and safety standards on-site
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in building and road construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary
N300,000 – N600,000 monthly.
