However, in 2025, the company strategically integrated both residential and commercial projects to better serve the evolving needs of the Nigerian market. With Nigeria currently facing a housing deficit of approximately 28 million units, Masters Reality has committed to addressing this gap by developing 1 million housing units. Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex, high-value real estate and construction projects. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver innovative and efficient structural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design, analysis, and review for major projects
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept design to completion
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with local and international design codes and safety standards
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, and sustainability

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in real estate and construction
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of international engineering codes and standards

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lead teams and manage high-impact projects
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in structural design and analysis
• Strong knowledge of engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and innovation mindset

Remuneration

• Salary: N350,000 – N500,000 per month. 
• Performance-based bonuses.
