We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding and confirmation.
• Policy formulation.
• HR Data analysis.
• Exit management.
• Draft HR training calendar and ensure achievement of the training plan.
• Support the HR team in preparing for internal and external audit.
• Other HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar HR role
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership & conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
