Job Title: Pastry Assistant

Location: Ringroad Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Pastry Preparation: Preparing and baking pastries, like doughnuts, beef rool etc.
• Decorating: Decorating pastries with intricate designs and patterns.
• Ingredient Management: Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for pastry dough and fillings
• Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining pastry equipment, such as mixers and ovens.
• Quality Control: Ensuring pastries are of high quality and meet presentation standards.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Team Support: Assisting other pastry staff members with tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• It's a 24 hours restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shift.

Requirements

• Experience in pastry preparation is compulsory
• Proximity to Ringroad, Ibadan is preferred
• Available to resume immediately.

Salary
N30,000 - N55,000 / month.
